After some thought, and some planning, I think I will be able to hold a contest after all.

There will be three prizes, maybe a fourth (Pocky's Choice).

All prizes will be cash. (to be sent via PayPal or some such)

The judging will be a combination of votes and personal judgment.

I have no idea what the subject/contest will be quite yet, but I'm thinking about it.

I can't offer much as a prize, since I don't draw... so what would make a good prize?
